Are the PVC banners suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, All our banners are made from industrial grade reinforced PVC outdoor banner material. The edges are hemmed and brass eyelets are pressed in accordingly. They are very durable and will withstand harsh outdoor exposure.
How long does it take to make and delivery my PVC banner?
We like to turnaround all banners as quickly as possible. We aim to make your printed banner within 48 hours of the artwork arriving to us. Couriers collect from us everyday so your banner should arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
I've designed my own banner on my computer can you make it?
Yes. We welcome you to get creative with your design. We know there is alot of creative talent out there and welcome it. Please submit your design with as much information as possible to sales@bannersdirect.co.uk There are some conditions on what artwork we can use but we are happy to advise you. Please send in your banner design and wait for one of our team to contact you within 24 hours. Please make sure you include your telephone number in any correspondence.
How long will my printed banner last?
There are alot of factors that will determine the life of your printed outdoor banner from environmental conditions to general conditions i.e how well has it been erected. If the printed banner is to be stored it should be rolled and not folded as this will cause creases which can create weakness in the internal webbed cording.
Will BannersDirect fit my banner?
No. Sorry we do not offer a fitting service.
I've ordered a pvc banner but have not yet been asked for any payment?
Here at Banners Direct we recognise that some people do not like to put credit card details into the computer for security reasons. We fully understand this. After you have submitted your printed banner design to us we will personally deal with your order and then telephone you to confirm. At this time we will need your credit card details to process the order and manufacture your printed banner. This way generally gives our customers more confidence knowing that their order has been received by a human and has not got lost in a computer system somewhere.
I've made an error on a banner I submitted. Can I make changes?
Yes. Customer service is our number 1 priority. We realise that without customers we do not have a business. You can cancel or make changes to your pvc banner up until we have contacted you for confirmation and payment. This is normally with 24 hours of the banner artwork being submitted.
After this point no changes can be made as your banner will sent for production.
Can I order multiple banners and what discounts are available?
You are more than welcome to purchase multiple printed banners but we do not offer discounts if you order under 20 printed banners. Will someone need to sign for the banner when it is delivered?
Yes. Your pvc banner will be delivered by a courier service such as DHL, Citylink or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service. They will require a signature to confirm the goods have been received.
My printed banners have been delivered and have a spelling error.
We will do our best to root out any spelling errors before the banner goes into production however the responsibility lies with the person who submitted the artwork. 99% of these errors will be picked up before production but please ensure you have checked spellings before submitting. Its well worth getting a friend or relative to check it for you. Sometimes they see a mistake you just would not have spotted. We are proud to have produced hundreds of banners and never been aware of printing a spelling mistake to date!
We have our own artwork. How should we supply it?
In order for our state of the art machines to print your pvc banner we will need a high resolution Jpeg, Tiff, EPS, AI or similar file format. The resolution needs to be around 300DPI and around a quarter to half of the size of the banners required. We can scale artworks up but print quality will become weaker the more it is enlarged. I'm looking for a pvc banner that is not shown on your sizing or colour list. Are other sizes and colours available?
Yes. We can offer small pvc banners or large printed banners in almost any colour. We can make them to the size you required and the colour you need. For more information, please contact us. We're here to help!
Do you sell or supply ropes or straps that I can use to hand my new PVC banner up with?
Yes. We supply plastic tie straps or cable ties so that you can fix your banner in place as soon as it arrives. Unlike many outer PVC banner suppliers we include these in the cost at no additional charge.
